Please read the following Terms and Conditions. 


Festival ticket bookings can be made online (e-tickets). Bookings are handled by TheTicketSellers. When booking online, please view their terms and conditions.


E-ticket holders are required to either print their confirmation email or show their e-ticket code to the gate operator. You will be asked to confirm your postcode.

Tickets can also be purchased at our local Hagley outlets: the Spar in Hagley, Hagley Village Stores and Lily Blues (cash only).

Tickets can also be purchased on the day at the entrance of the venue. We reserve the right to change the ticket price after 5pm if any tickets remain.

Please look after your tickets and keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be refunded and lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.  Defaced tickets will not be accepted. 

On entry, all adult ticket holders will receive a Hagfest wristband.  Those under 18 will receive ‘no alcohol’ wristbands. We reserve the right to refuse entry to under 18s who won’t wear the wristband.

Without a valid ticket or e-ticket, entry into the site will not be permitted. Last full price entry to the festival is 5.00pm but once you have a valid stamp/wristband you can come and go as you please.

Ticket Holders who think their age may be questioned should bring personal identification. Under 16 year olds must be accompanied by a paying adult. Proof of age may be requested at the point of entry and where alcohol is being supplied. 

Once on-site children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or over, approved by the parent/guardian. Hagfest organisers cannot take responsibility for unsupervised or supervised children. Children under 14 will not be permitted to exit the site without a guardian (person over 16). 

Lost children will be taken to Hagley community centre to our lost child post. Please ensure that if you have children, they have your mobile number to hand, for the organisers to use to contact you.

Hagfest reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings with no liability to refund tickets.

Ticket Holders consent to inclusion in official photographic or video promotion of the festival.

Hagfest reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket-holder for unreasonable, disruptive, abusive or dangerous behaviour. The festival operates a zero tolerance policy towards the abuse of individuals or groups at the event including its volunteers.

The Premises Licence Holder and / or volunteer organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to person, property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.

Hagfest will not permit attendees to bring alcohol on-site for personal consumption (over 18s only).

Drunk and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated however as it could put yourself and others at risk.


Ticket holders may be subject to a search on entry, before or during the event by security. 


Exposure to loud music may cause damage to hearing, please bring ear defenders / plugs if you require them.


No audio or video recording of any kind should occur without prior permission of the organisers. Security reserve the right to check personal equipment. 


No stalls, traders or market-sellers are invited to Hagfest without prior permission of the organisers.


Last Entry is at 7.00pm on 4th July 2015. 


Ticket holders are invited to bring along a picnic including food and soft drink. Picnic blankets and furniture such as gazebos or 2 man tents (reasonable size in a safe, good condition) are also permitted. 

No overnight camping is permitted.


Hagfest make every effort to ensure that the information published on its website is correct. However, Hagfest does not warrant or assume any legal liability for the accuracy of any information disclosed.

Ticket holders found using illegal drugs will be asked to leave the festival and the police will be informed.

The Climbing of trees and playing in the brook is prohibited to ensure safety.

Smoking is prohibited. This includes the use of E-Cigarettes and personal vapourisers.
